Abstract: The power quality is a very important issue in electrical power system. Electrical transmission lines are one of the vital components of this power system which play important role in power quality during electricity transmission. These transmission lines are exposed to faults most of time due to atmospheric conditions as well as due to overload. Various methods are established for fault analysis occurs on transmission lines. The study of these methods is necessary for performance improvement as well as to maintain the reliability and stability of the power system in any critical event. This paper presents a review on the signal processing tools used to analyze the behavior of a power system and evaluate the performance of the system for different scenarios

Abstract: Scaling the transistor sizes in the sub micro-meter regime has made it difficult to overcome the problem of short channel effects. Double Gate (DG) MOSFETs reduce the short channel effects and provide a better control of the threshold voltage by utilizing the electrostatic coupling from two gates on either side of the channel. Independent control of front and back gate in DG devices can be effectively used to improve performance and reduce power in sub-50nm circuits. In this paper, our aim is to carry out simulations of Symmetric 30 nm Double Gate MOSFET in VTCAD and to improve the performance of MOSFET by studying the MOSFETs with double gate.

Abstract: The idea is to falsely invigorate the mind to different states by using Binaural Frequencies. The impact of subjecting the mind to the Binaural Frequencies can be relaxing or refreshing, contingent upon the frequency of the binaural-beat selected by the user, the purpose of this product is to analyze the situation of brain using a heart rate sensor and empower the cerebrum with a synthesized frequency state that the person desires to be in. As neural action in human brain is electrochemical, the way in which it behaves can be altered by introducing specific chemicals (drugs), by adjusting the condition of mind either through enlistment, or through resounding entrainment methods. This is offered in form of a portable product comprising of a software system in the Smart device and a wireless or wired headphone.

Abstract: Closed system inertial devices are the devices that can produce a one directional force that would propel any given mass relative to it and hence forth would not follow the fundamental laws of Physics. It does not produce equal and opposite reaction as it uses specific arrangement of weights that can move within the device hence forth capable of moving the body without giving an equal and opposite reaction to move the body. The best way of proving such a device is to conduct an experiment in space or in mid-air so as to have least frictional resistance and no physical contact to other solid particles as of such.

Abstract: Agriculture is the linchpin of any sort of financial system and it is the only area where engineering has not penetrated into greater depth. The field of agriculture is responsible for the existence of towns, cities, nations, stock market and economy. Agriculture or farming is the base of a civilization or a nation and any stable economy. The discovery of agriculture and the art of cultivating the field was the first step of mankind towards stabilized life. Farming is not a business; it’s a means of life. Any culture can exist without other professions, merely to live without agriculture is impossible. Automation of agricultural sector is the need of the hour and this paper describes the use of Agricolae Amicus Bot which performs the farming activity of ploughing with command received from the remote. Agricultural activities like ploughing, seed dispersal, fertilizer / pesticide / herbicide spraying, weed removal, harvesting etc. can be easily implemented with the help of a robotic vehicle which is controlled with the help of a remote. This paper describes the functioning of this bot and the future aspects of development of this bot.

Abstract: Carbon nanotubes based FET devices are getting more importance today because of their high channel mobility and improved gate capacitance versus voltage characteristics. This discussion provides an overview of carbon nanotubes, Operation of CNTFET, current types of CNTFETs, V-I characteristics of CNTFET, and comparison of type of CNTFET on different design parameters.
