Abstract: Sincethebeginningoftimehumanactivityhasbeendependentuponthemovementofpeopleandmerchandise.Theyre presentasocietalinvestmentastheamount,thedurationandimmobilityofthecapitalneededforroads,railtracksharbour’scanals airportstunnelsetcissimplygreaterthanaverage.Keepingthesethingsinconsiderationproposedsystemislesswithmultiplemet hodologieswhichcanbeusedintrafficcontrolsystem.Itisimportanttoknowtheroadtrafficdensityrealtimeespeciallyinmegacit iesforsignalcontrolandeffectivetrafficmanagement.Inrecentyears,videomonitoringandsurveillancesystemshavebeenwidel yusedintrafficmanagement.UIDisinterfacedwiththesensors(XBEE),microcontrollerandapp.Sensorsprovideinputstoamicr ocontrollerwhicharethencomparedwithpredetermineduserrequiredtopayments.
