Instructions to Authors

IJIREEICE invites papers related to Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control Engineering and their applications in business, industry and other relevant areas in the following categories:

    • Methodologies/Methods
    • Case studies/Case reports
    • Short Communications
    • Technical Notes
    • Extended version of Conference papers
    • Extended version of Workshop papers

Manuscript preparation

Manuscripts must be written in standard English. All manuscripts should be the author’s original, unpublished work and must not be under-consideration for publication elsewhere. Once the paper is accepted, the authors are assumed to cede copyrights of the paper over to IJIREEICE. If any copyrighted material is used by the author, the author must obtain permission for the same. Each manuscript must include a 100 to 150 word abstract and a list of keywords.

A research article should be organised in the following order:

Title
Author Names and Affiliations
Abstract with Keywords
Introduction
Literature review
Methods and materials
Results and discussion
Conclusion
References

Paper layout/style

○  A4 size
○  Page Margins should be as – 0.8 [Top, Bottom, Left, Right]
○  Times New Roman font only
○  Title – Font size 24
○  Author Names – Font size 12
○  Text of Manuscript – Font size 10

Copyright transfer. Your research paper should be accompanied by a Copyright form, duly attested by any one of the authors. Submit your manuscripts to  ijireeice@gmail.com


Waiver policy: Authors who wish to apply for waivers must demonstrate their inability to afford the manuscript handling fee for online publication.

Low Income Countries may be granted up to 70% waiver if the fee is above $ 80. See the World Bank list of low-income countries.

Lower Middle Income Countries may be granted up to 50% waiver if the fee is above $ 80. See the World Bank list of Lower Middle Income Countries.
