Call for Special Issues
IJIREEICE invites the submission of Conference Proceedings for publication as Special Issues, which are accepted on an ongoing basis throughout the academic year.
Each proposal should focus on a specific theme or topic within the scope of the journal. Institutions or industries may nominate one or more Guest Editors to manage the Special Issue.
Guest Editors are responsible for screening and reviewing submitted or presented articles, ensuring that all papers are original, relevant to the theme, and comply with copyright requirements. They will also maintain effective communication with the Journal Editorial Team until the successful publication of the Special Issue.

Guest Editors
The Guest Editors will be responsible for the overall content and quality of the Special Issue in accordance with the journal’s policies and standards. They should be recognized or well-associated researchers in the relevant domain of the Special Issue topic. Throughout the publication process, the Guest Editors are expected to maintain consistent and effective communication with the journal’s editorial team, ensuring smooth coordination from initiation to completion of the Special Issue.

Guest editors must email the papers as per the prescribed paper format of our journal’s special issue for to review process.

Special issue peer review
All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process following the standard reviewing procedures and criteria of IJIREEICE. The journal editor will assign qualified reviewers specifically for the Special Issue.
Each reviewer will evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, research contribution, clarity of research design, and content organization across all sections. Reviewers will also assess the adequacy of data presentation, including equations, scientific notations, tables, figures, charts, and references, as well as the conclusion and future scope of the study.
After the review process, Guest Editors will receive a detailed report containing the list of manuscripts requiring minor or major revisions, along with reviewer comments, and separate lists of accepted and rejected papers, communicated via email.
Accepted papers will be considered for inclusion in the corresponding Special Issue upon approval by both the Guest Editor and the Journal Editor. The publication date of the Special Issue will be determined based on the mutual convenience of both parties.
