This paper presents an overview of the components and functionality of Smart City technology systems, highlighting their benefits and challenges. It discusses the key elements such as smart infrastructure, transportation systems, energy management, and public services, emphasizing the role of data collection, analysis, and utilization in enhancing urban operations. The paper also examines the potential impact of Smart City technology systems on the environment, economy, and society, underscoring the importance of planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement in their successful implementation.
